Compassionate counseling for personal growth and healing.
Compassionate counseling for personal growth and healing.

At Reflections with Charity, my approach to women's mental health counseling is rooted in empathy, empowerment, and holistic wellness. We prioritize each woman's unique journey, creating personalized counseling experiences that honor her individuality and strengths.

Life transitions often carry unique challenges for women, from navigating career changes and motherhood to finding balance in shifting roles and relationships. I provide a supportive space where women can explore their evolving identities.

Women healing from relationship or religious trauma, including experiences of sexual abuse, deserve a compassionate, trauma-informed space to process their pain. My practice prioritizes building authentic connections with my clients, creating a sense of safety and trust that is essential for healing. We work to restore autonomy by empowering you to reclaim your voice, set healthy boundaries, and reconnect with your inner strength and values.

Many women face the challenges of people-pleasing, often prioritizing others at the expense of their own needs. My approach is rooted in compassion, helping you uncover the deeper causes of this behavior.

At Reflections with Charity, I offer individual counseling services tailored to the unique needs of women. Therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive space for women to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences.
I have worked with TV stations to speak about relevant mental health topics. I have extensive experience writing Op-eds for published magazines. If you're interested in having me speak at a community or business function please contact for further details.
Person-Centered Therapy is a humanistic and evidenced-based approach to psychotherapy (better known as talk-therapy) that believes each person has the ability to reach their potential through personal growth and change. Person-Centered Therapy focuses on three components as the foundation.
Client-Centered: The client, and not the therapist is the expert in the client’s life. This therapy focuses on empowering the client to utilize their experiences and perspectives and guide the direction of conversation and healing.
Unconditional Positive Regard: The therapist accepts and values the client, without judgement. The focus of the therapist is on validating the client’s emotional experience.
Empathy/Congruence: The therapist is genuine and authentic with the client and focuses on building a professional relationship that’s built on trust and support. With empathy and trust as pillars, the client can explore their inner world in a safe environment.
Individual Sessions: 50-55 min/$150
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your mental health care.
You can request this estimate at any time. It will outline the anticipated fees based on the number and frequency of sessions we discuss. Keep in mind that this is just an estimate- actual costs may vary depending on your needs and goals in therapy.
If you’d like a Good Faith Estimate or have questions, I’m happy to provide one.
In my experience, insurance companies can impose many restrictions in counseling that hinder a client’s choice and autonomy in therapy. However, if requested, I will provide you with a super bill that you may send to your insurance company for direct reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance company about reimbursements rates for “out -of -network” providers.
